MUSCLE CARS AND SPORTS CARS IN GHANA
In the car world, technological advancements have made it possible to have more options to choose from. However, when it comes to identifying the classifications of each car, it can be tricky sometimes.
If you have no idea about these cars, you might think muscle cars and sports cars are the same. However, although they may be similar in some way, they are different. So today, we are going to differentiate between muscle and sports cars.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MUSCLE CARS AND SPORTS CARS?
Firstly, we are going to define both muscle and sports cars.
Muscle cars are cars that are usually built for high performance, and they are larger versions of four-door sedans. They are usually manual transmission cars. However, some manufacturers sometimes install powerful engines in some versions to make them stand out.
Sports cars are usually two-passenger cars that are built for fast response time, high-speed driving, and easy maneuverability. They have a dynamic performance, making it easy for them to achieve top speeds, acceleration, and easy handling.
When it comes to their appearance, muscle cars have a big body, mainly because it has to accommodate the monster engines they have. They also have a traditional look. Sports cars have a compact body, modern look, and hunky appearance.
As a car racing fan, you might like this difference. Sports cars are usually optimized for aerodynamic performance and used for races with sharp turns. However, their big engines usually use muscle cars for drag racing.
The last thing to note is that most car manufacturers have stopped producing muscle cars to favor the production of sports cars. So now you can differentiate between muscle cars and sports cars when you see them anywhere.
