But, they are not alone &#8211; the Japanese automotive giant is returning to the sport after a 15-year hiatus, this time in partnership with the Haas F1 Team. Toyota, on the other hand, can leverage Haas&#8217; presence on the F1 grid to further develop its own technologies, ahead of a rumored full-time return to the grid in 2026.<\/p><p>However, we can\u2019t ignore the potential red flags that could derail the partnership and lead to disappointment as well. One thing major is the cultural clash between the two organizations.
