But, just like any vehicle, it is up to you as the owner to take care of your pride and joy. Both high and low temperatures can negatively impact your battery&#8217;s performance and lifespan, so try to park in shaded areas during hot weather and avoid leaving your EV outside if it gets too cold, especially during the wet season. In addition to that, don&#8217;t let your battery sit at a low charge level for extended periods of time. In general, we recommend you to aim to keep it between 20% and 80% of charge.
